But, seriously. That would be the best thing of all time. Just give Anthony his own show.
And I’m going on record saying that Part 1 of this All Stars Finale was the worst episode in Project Runway history. There was 0 fashion. I honestly have no idea what any of those dresses look like or what any of the pieces are.
Here’s what we learned this week:
- Mondo is an asshole.
- Austin Scarlett shaved his mustache
- Michael C. is going to do typical Michael C collection
- Austin might be doing something more adventurous than usual, but we can’t be sure because we didn’t see the clothes. Michael C. had to tell us that Austin was taking risks.
- Anthony is the most hilarious PR contestant ever.
- Georgina and Isaac are lovely people.
They tried to create drama where there was none, namely, things like eating dinner at a restaurant, a coin flip over a model, choosing music for the runway show. (Oh, and did anybody else notice that the clip they showed of Austin complaining about always choosing last was Mustache Austin, so it was obviously not filmed for this episode? We’re not idiots, PR.)
All in all, I’m over it. I want Austin to win, but I can’t even make myself care. The thought of sitting through another hour long episode like this one makes me want to scream. The beginning of this season was lovely and like the Project Runway of olde, but it has slowly morphed into the worst season I can remember. It’s only saving grace is that there are better clothes this season for the most part.
Oh and Mondo: Viktor’s collection from last season called and it wants its ink blots back. (This was, of course, the amazing collection Viktor had before he shot himself in the foot with that awful sheer stuff.)
At least until the next season starts.
But for real. Michael C. has always been whiny. This season, Mondo has been unbearably whiny. He infuriates me. I love love love his clothes to an extent, but I just want to slap him repeatedly. Get over yourself.

First of all, thank GOD for this season. We’re back to the good ol’ PR of Seasons 1 and so forth. I was beginning to get really worried.
Second, having Miss Piggy as the client and guest judge makes this the single best challenge in PR history.
Third, I really missed Kenley. Everybody else hates her, but I think she’s adorable and my best friend and I am still in love with her Bryant Park collection.
